Quality Control Technician

Position Summary

The Quality Control (QC) Technician inspects, tests, and monitors raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure they meet strict company and industry standards. They identify defects, document test results, and flag non-conforming products to maintain high manufacturing and safety consistency.

Essential Functions

  • Inspect in-process materials and finished items for defects or variations.
  • Run physical and/or functional tests using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Record inspection metrics, test scores, and compliance data accurately.
  • Isolate and tag defective or off-quality loads into designated hold areas.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve root causes of errors.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, and bending all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 40lbs.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
